A church group that made beer at New Life Presbyterian Church turned into a commercial venture with Hess Brewing Co. Mike Hess began the group with a dozen members and now brings in 60-100 attendees.  The brewery expanded into a former Christian book store that had been owned by church members.  The brewery has calls their flagship Belgian beer “Trinitas”, name for the Holy Trinity.
